In order to maintain high standards, it’s important that you report any damage or repairs promptly. You can do so by using the form below.
From the point that you inform us of the need for repairs, the timescale is as follows:
- Emergency repairs – 24 hours (this refers to issues that prevent you from carrying out duties essential to daily life such as washing, cooking, sleeping etc.)
- Urgent repairs – 7 days
- General repairs – 28 days
